Hospitality Tax

Effective January 1, 2003, the City of Pickens Imposed a Local Hospitality tax of 2% on gross proceeds of the sale of prepared meals and beverages in establishments within the City of Pickens. While payment of the tax is the liability of the customer, it shall be collected and remitted by the vendor. The Ordinance and the Reporting Form are linked below.
